9500 GT 1GB DVI VGA HDMI 10.5.8, why framework 10.5.5?

Now i got this card working using opengl.framework from 10.5.5 but its lots of glitches using Logic pro etc.

 

I made a custom dsdt for this card but still a no go. Please tell me there is a way, ive been working on this for a week now, and i dont want to use opengl.framework from 10.5.5.
