thereaperman
Hi, I have a sapphire ati 4670 that always gives no signal on osx. I have tried Flicker, Motmot and Shrike framebuffers as well as different bootloaders but no go. I have tried all ports and a combination of ports. In my com.apple.boot.plist i have -pci1 and GraphicsEnabler = yes.

I am also using HIS ATI 4670 and facing same problem. I am thinking of buying the adapter so that I can proceed. regards, Adam

adam_ar
well, only one way to find out 50/50 chance, right? indeed. I ordered the adapter just yesterday. Will try and post once I get it. If that doesnt work, then I guess, I will have to get a most compatible cheap graphics card and install first. Then get support for 4670 later. adam_ar
I was able to get the video on the monitor with the adapter. But unfortunately, I have paused efforts on this because of other commitments. Will post with more info after I resume! Thanks everybody!
