MainMan
Hello, I read here about loading Mac OSx on PC http://dailyapps.net/2008/03/hack-attack-d...-windows-vista/ but it refers to a software called: iATKOS v1.0 DVD. What is it and where can I get it ? I downloaded Mac OSx of 7.5 GB and I am not sure where to get this. Please let me know how to install Mac OSx on my PC. The specs are following: Intel Core 2 Duo Processor T6600 3 GB RAM 320 GB HDD GMA 4500 MHD DVD Wifi etc. Thanks.
Nameci
@MainMan I don't want to be an a-hole here, but consider this. You are a noob, a super noob. Hackintoshing is not for the faint hearted, be prepared for the casual kernel panics and screen freezes. Have tons of patience and interest to back read most of the post here in the forums. If this is for your hobby fine. Any other way it is better off for you to buy a real one, less of the headaches. First off, your video card will not work out of the box, you will not have QE/CI. You will have to perform some tricks to get native resolution. Identifiy your hardware (Device ID's) and search for in the forum if they are well supported natively or not. If your are not for the challenge, better save for a nice spanking new MB or MBP than doing hack. Just my 0.02.

When you get on the welcome screen where it asks you country, keyboard setup etc. then Mac won't simply go ahead of the page where it asks: "Whether I want to import my data from other mac or not" I kept on saying NO but it won't go ahead and just start over. At that time I simply discarded it. Because people on forum have asked same questions but no replies or solutions! In the Windows rules anyways! Thanks for 0.02.
