Building a Mac PC, need some help.

Here is what I am working with:

 

Mainboard: Gigabyte G41M-ES2L

CPU: Pentium Dual Core E6500

Vid Card: Nvidia GeForce 210

Need advice on what OS X distro I should use and help with the graphics drivers. Any information that will make this build go smoothly will be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
