chandan Posted August 19, 2010 Share Posted August 19, 2010 Hi After several failed attempts at installing SL from the iatkos s3 v2 dvd, i tried the [url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url] method and it works perfectly... SL installed fine with all working conmponents (am writing this from my new SL).. The problem, however, is that i had to use the flags "-v busratio=24 cpus=1" in order to boot from the rertail dvd and now every time i want to boot from the SL drive i have to use the same flags.... can this be avoided....? regards...
