sabinefra
hi, can someone help me with my mac?? I downloaded the itunes version 9.2.1 on my mac osx 10.4.9 but I don't manage to open it. Now also the old version doesn't open any more. I need someone who tells me step by step what to do (also I don't want to loose all the files in the old itunes). Thanks P
oldtopman
Rename your music folder to "zMusic" and see if iTunes will open or update. Report back with the results.

oldtopman
A: Update your Quicktime. and report back. B: Renaming your music folder to zMusic makes iTunes think that it has no songs or a database. We'll work on adding those back later.
