Hello guys.

I wanna ask you if it's possible to use my LCD Monitor Samsung 2443 BW,for PC and Mini Mac. The problem is,i only have 1 x DVI slot on the monitor. VGA too,but i don't wanna use the VGA.

If i buy this : KVM Switch Kit you think it's okay for what i'm looking for ?

Can i use it for both, PC and Mini Mac ?

Thanks for helping.

If you just got over saying that you don't want to use VGA, I'm hard pressed to say that using a VGA based KVM switch is what you want.

I would just connect one with VGA and one with DVI and have separate keyboards and mice for the two computers, unless you wanted to share a single keyboard and mouse.

Where I work, we have a DVI KVM switch somewhere I think, tomorrow if I can find it at work I could post the make/model.

That's a DVI KVM switch that also uses USB mice/keyboards.

It should work just fine with the Mac and PC together.

For a KVM it's pretty cheap, although it is only for two computers.

Ok, guys. Thanks a lot.

One last question. ;)

You think i'm okay with this monitor, for Mac Mini ?

Image quality/ clarity ,and everything will be "the same" as the iMac ?

I ask that because i know the Apple hardware are a bit different as the PC hardware.

Thanks again.
