Hackintosh installation on netbook.

I'm quite confused on how to install hackintosh on a netbook. Some sites indicate that you need to have a mac as well so you could retrieve the file from that mac using a usb. Others suggest using Empire EFI which means you don't need a mac just the empire efi cd.

 

I plan to purchase a dell mini 10 netbook in a couple of months. Which method should I use to install hackintosh? What software do I need to do use in installing hackintosh?

 

I noticed that the dell mini 10 (1012) is not 100% compatible with the hackintosh software. If you guys could post a link on youtube on how to do it. I would be grateful. Thanks.
