Trying to install OSX on brand new built AMD Desktop

Hi guys, any help would be great, I just built a brand new desktop

here are my specs:

AMD Phenom II x4 965

MSI 790GX-g65 motherboard

Nvidia 9800Gtx+

4gb DDR3 Ram

I have downloaded many (4) distros and tried booting the cd, and for the most part they do not work. The only one I got to load installer on a Virtual Machine was iAtkos i7. It would load the install, i format the virtual disk, but as soon as it finishes installation it says "Corrupt files on disk, Please retry installation" or something like that.

iDeneb did not boot up install screen, got some Kernel error

JaS OSX for amd brought me to the apple logo but then kept giving me the please shutdown restart error

I would like to be able to dual boot my windows 7 64 bit and OSX. Does anyone know what I can do to get anything working??

Hey. I am having the same problem. A solution that i have found hopeful (still trying to get it to work) is the guide by hecker (here) that needs you to edit a boot-132 .iso to let it run on your machine.

The problem i have is that i don't have a mac to edit the file on :P

and all you need to add is the seatbelt.kext i think to let it run all 4 cores of your cpu, otherwise it will just run 1 core. you may need some other .kext's for your system, but just check the HCL on OSx86 wiki and it should tell you what other ones you need...

Hope that helped :P

As for the dual boot, i would recommend installing OSX first cause i believe there is tools available on the OSX that lets you dual boot windows no problem (dumb you can install windows on mac but not mac on windows)
