petopay
Again, I have traveled the World to get My Menu Bar Icon working and Fixing the "NO BATTERIES AVAILABLE" Issue. I recently updated to Leopard 10.5.8 and I had this problem. All I did was to look into S/L/E to see if there was something missing. Then, I compared the directory with another Partition with 10.5.6 and found out that ACPIBattery.kext was missing. I simply installed with OSXToolsx86 and Repaired Permissions. When I rebooted, everything was in place. I don't want to show my System Profiler here because I haven't properly set SMBIOS.plist. If you have any previous version of OS X that worked, simply put it in there and see. Good luck to anyone who tries it.
