RestartFix is needed by phoenix bios

Hi everyone, I have the restart problem

Now i can use Openhaltrestart.kext to avoid that ,but when I update the bootloader like Chameleon RC5 or AsereBLN_v1.1.9,all of those include RestartFix by default .When I replace the boot file ,and reboot .Computer can get shutdown after the motherboard logo appeared .

I have try some solutions ,like get off the OpenhaltRestart;kext and add RestartFix in the boot.com.apple.plist,but failed.
