My notebook is with 2 partitions... 1 for recovery system 5GB and 1 for the user system 80 GB the recovery partition i can't see in windows, only when check control panel and admin tools. Rammjet Posted July 24, 2006 Share Posted July 24, 2006 You can lose your recovery partition if you aren't careful, so be careful. You might want to find Norton Ghost and make a backup of that recovery partition. Ghost should be able to get it even though you can't normally see it. Then you will have to divide that 80 GB partition into two partitions so you have room to install OSX. Make sure all partitions are "primary" and not "logical".
