Problems with getting OS X to boot/install: ASRock P55M Pro, ATI 4350

Okay guys, I've been searching, sticky-reading, FAQ'ing like mad all over the place but I'm having trouble getting anything to work with my configuration:

ASRock P55M Pro

8GB DDR3-1066

Intel Core i3-530

ATI Radeon 4350 512MB

1x WD 250GB SATA, 2x WD 1TB Sata

The first thing I tried to do was install plain Vanilla with ##### and ##### from TonyMac86 website.

With ##### Supported, I can get it to install, but only in safe mode. Running ##### still does not allow it to boot on its own. If I try to use the ##### ATI, I can't get it to install in regular or safe mode (the OSX gray splash screen pops up for a second and then goes away).

Next, I downloaded SnowOSX Universal and iATKOS S3 v2. Both discs don't seem to want to start up, they both flash the OSX splash screen for a second and then reset the PC).

What am I missing? To me this clearly seems like a graphics issue, but I know that there are dozens of successful people running configs similar to mine, with ATI 4350's, P55 mobos, etc.

Any help would be hugely appreciated! This isn't my first time with OSX86 but it's my first time with Snow Leopard and things are getting mighty complicated.
