dibr0ux
Hey everyone, so after 2 days searching forums I finally managed to get Mac OSX 10.5.7 running on my Dell Latitude D610. I was happy. After booting for the first time audio, wireless and ethernet didnt work. I thought "No problem, I'll just download some .kext files and install them with OSx86Tools" So I downloaded AppleAC97Audio.kext, started OSx86Tools, installed the .kext file and rebooted. But there was now audio, which made me very sad. I also tried installing some network card kexts, they all installed fine, but none of them did anything. Any ideas? Oh yeah, my specs are: Pentium M 760 (2.00Ghz w/ 533Mhz FSB) 512MB (2x256) PC3200-DDR2 (400Mhz) 14.1" SXGA+ (1400x1050 resolution) ATI Mobility Radeon X300 w/ 64MB dedicated RAM Fujitsu 60GB HD (5400RPM) Intel Pro 2200 wireless (802.11 b/g) Broadcom Gigabit Ethernet; Conexant 56K SigmaTel AC97 C-Major audio BTW: this is my first post and im new to OSx86 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/225689-no-sound-from-sigmatel-ac97/ Share on other sites
