Mackilroy
Yes, the GeForce 330M supports QE – Apple uses it in the MacBook Pro.

Mackilroy
If you already have the card, if you can play Chess or if you get the ripple effect when you drag a Dashboard app onscreen, you have QE/CI enabled. As far as OpenCL, these cards were supported as of last year, I don't remember where the link is to currently supported GPUs: NVIDIA Geforce 8600M GT, GeForce 8800 GT, GeForce 8800 GTS, Geforce 9400M, GeForce 9600M GT, GeForce GT 120, GeForce GT 130, ATI Radeon 4850, Radeon 4870. Be very selective on the choice of notebook with GT 330M GPUs as not all run OS X 10.6.x to the internal screen at full resolution with Quartz Extreme. For example the Sony F Series is problematic while you will find Dell and HP have much better hackintosh records. Do the searches before making the selection. neil.
