Snow Leo without '-x' ?

Hey guys, I have a huge problem, when I install my SL Hazard, I'll get a Kernel panic but I still can boot, in Safe boot (-x).

But, I can't boot without the '-x' otherwise I get a grey screen.

 

I also tried to install SL with a retail disk (it's from the internet atm. no money) but there is ALWAYS 'installation was not successful' - I can only boot with the -x.

 

I need help, which settings do I have to take in Hazard to get this working??
