Well it's been a long time now since I posted last here and I just thought that I would share with you my new install.

I have Snow Leopard 10.6.4 Installed and working on my Asus Blitz Formula Special Edition.

Blitz Formula SE

Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 2.43GHz

5 Gb of ram

nVidia Geforce 9500GS 512meg

D-Link DBT-122 Bluetooth USB

HL-DT-ST DVDRAM_GH15N SATA

Marvell Yukon Gigabit Adapter 88E8056

Marvell 88E8081 Ethernet

Hitachi HDT725050VLA380

Maxtor 6L100M0

WDC WD2500JS-60MHB1

ST3320820AS

Apple Bluetooth Keyboard, and mighty mouse

Restart, shutdown both work! (sleep not used/tested)

I have taken a new screen shot of my updated setup...

Everything works for my right now but I would like to tweak the DSDT file to add the sound (ad1988b), GFX (nvidia 9500GS 512), SATA and USB fixes. But for now everything is working. No need to fix what isn't broken.

First I updated the Bios from a usb drive in the Asus Ez flash util in the bios (had 1101).

Then I installed the system from a USB drive like normal.

Rebooted with the USB drive and picked my newly installed system (10.6.0)

After finishing the setup of the new system I installed Chameleon to the installed HDD then added all of my files from the zip file to /Extra/

Once everything was copied to the HDD I restarted the system again to make sure everything was working.

Once the system was up again I ran the apple software update and installed all of the updates including the 10.6.4 update.

Once the system rebooted again my system is right where it is at now fully updated to 10.6.4.

Everything I use goes in the /Extra/ folder so the machine is running as Vanilla as I can get it for the moment till I mess with the DSDT file.

My com.apple.boot.plist is set with -v arch=i386

EDIT: Well I have messed with the DSDT now and got everything working like I wanted too.

I have my DSDT.aml file, com.apple.boot.plist, smbios.plist and my Extentions.mkext file with only 6 kext files..

FakeSMC

AD1988Bfix

OSXRestart

EvOreboot

IONetworkingFamily (for Marvel Yukon 80e8056)

Skge (only if I turn on the 2nd network adapter)

EDIT #2: Well after a few days of testing I now have my Extensions down to 4 Kexts only!

FakeSMC 2.5

AD1988BFix

EvOReboot

IONetworkingFamily (has driver for Marvel 80E8056 (Yukon2) and skge for Marvel 80E8001)

same DSDT.aml and boot.plist as before

Still haven't tested Sleep yet (still not needed) but since I think I have it running as good as I can right now I will start to test things out. Will keep you posted

DSDT.aml had these fixes added:

Added GFX0 under P0P2 device to give me full resolution and QE/CI on my Geforce 9500 GS (no need for any Nvidia injectors or anything in com.apple.boot.plist)

Added USB fix to have all USB port show as internal

Added SATA fix, all HDD show up as internal(not Orange) and all SATA port listed show as ESB2 just like a Mac Pro (no need for the IOAHCIBlockStarage or AHCIPortInjector files)

Added RTC0, TMR, and HEPT fixes, (no need for NullCPUPowerManagement or AppleRTC)

So i wonder if you know the way to include my gfx in the DSDT instead of using some kext

You really saved me tons of reading with your attachment !!

Thank you :(
