Hello and thank you for taking your time to read this

Ive been sent back and forward and have taken my time to read a lot of installing mac OS on a PC!

I heard lots of stuff about how to install mac on a pc

And also already checked if my hardware will work (Only Wireless doesn't and i dont use it anyway0

So Iaktos 1.0i is this really the best way to install MAC on a PC?

i heard its a one step thing. Burn the dvd and away you go?

ive also been to the vodoo forum and they sent me here

As a DEV of the windows world i haven't really stayed up to date with anything about macs,

But would love to start making apps for my IPhone...

So i come here for a little help and basic information update...

The last update from aktos is?

Is Aktos any good at all?

Is there a easy way to install this OS?

i have a few hard drives could i install mac on one and leave my vista drive alone?

i Guess thats all for now!

thanks

we need detailed system specs for your computer in order to help you. OSX-86 installation is hardware specific. It's also very helpful for all the topics you participate in if you just put your specs in your signature.

BTW, You will need patience also..... ;)

Good Luck!

(Oh i also got to a error screen that put me on a lag for a bit

the main apple loading screen with error sign on it

Sorry about the spam posts here just trying to keep everyone up to date with what im doing

Anyway it seems like the os only runs if i use that command? (Safe Mode)

otherwise it doesn't go past the apple logo and i get that error sign?

Any idea guys?

its a shame.... I don't mind installing again just a little stuck here guys?

This is my final spam post. Back on my vista machine!

And you don't know how happy i am....

I fixed my vista boot error and deleted MAC OSX from my hard drive after my test and also destroyed the disk!

this is not cause i don't like it! but because i think its fair

Apple thank you for this OS and i will be buying a IMac!

I've learnt my lesson

hackintoshes are not for everyone. if you dont have nearly identical hardware nor the desire to dig and troubleshoot on your own, reading pages and pages of forums/documentation, its probably not for you. although if you want to save $1,000 on a new rig with the broad ability to customize hardware (unlike real Mac), enjoy problem solving, and learning about what makes OSX tick with plenty of patience, then hackintosh is a very fun and challenging experience
