seekdestroy16
So I purchased a M2N-E off ebay to attempt the OS X hackintosh dream. This is the HCL for 10.6.2 just use the search feature to find the board. It says to: Used [intel/AMD] Snow Leopard 10.6.1-10.6.2 SSE2-SSE3 Intel/AMD by Hazard * Installation method: from Mac Os X 10.5.8 on separate HDD * CPU: AMD Athlon64 x2 4600+, used newest 10.2 "legacy_kernel" * SATA: Works with IOATAFamily_SATA_Fix.kext * IDE: Works with IOATAFamily_Fix.kext * LAN: Works * Audio: Needs AppleAzalia and HDAEnabler kexts. Which one works I don't know, but it works. * USB: Works * Video: nVidia 7300GT works with NVEnabler * Additional choose AMD and dont choose bootloader * CMOS: LegacyAppleRTC I've used those options except for the installation method, I used the Intel/AMD disc with a clean hard drive and it did not boot properly. So I am going to try the Mac OS X 10.4.8 [JaS AMD-Intel-SSE2-SSE3 with PPF1 & PPF2].iso and see if it works so I can upgrade from there. Anyone that's already successfully installed OS X on an M2N-E if it's either Leopard or Snow Leopard please post on this thread. I am aware this is my second thread on the M2N-E though I wanted to make an official thread, the other one can be deleted.
