santoro2020 Posted June 18, 2010 Share Posted June 18, 2010 When I first did my OSX86 10.6.3 (at the time), I had to click on my Snow Leopard HDD and it loaded Chameleon and I had to press a key from it to loading and getting a kernal panic, I highlighted MacOSX and typed in -v -f -x cpus=1 and let it load, the it stopped loading the I typed in 'verbose boot' and waited about 3 or so minutes to boot onto safe mode which I hate cause I don't think Spotlight and Finder work on safe mode. My friend came over and gave me a bunch or kexts, drivers, cool software, etc. And he gave me a Chameleon that booted with a white screen, white loading bar, and white Mac and Windows logos and it booted instantly into Mac OSX and not safe mode and everything but sound and vid card worked and I after I loaded a HDAenabler one day, I had two in the HDD so it couldn't boot anymore and I lost everything.
