Blah101 Posted June 12, 2010 Share Posted June 12, 2010 I am trying to burn the dmg that I copied just like lifehacker said to do to my USB thumb drive. All is ready but when I try to burn it it says "Could not find any scan information. The source image needs to be imagescanned before it can be restored." Yet when I mount the dmg it says "Can not use source - Resource busy". How do I prepare this?! oldtopman Posted June 12, 2010 Share Posted June 12, 2010 NOTE: Just like the last post, this guide is focused specifically on the hardware I suggested in the previous guide—specifically the motherboard. If you try following this guide on other hardware, there's a very good chance it won't work as advertised. This is from your LH tut. Why don't you try a cd install? USB seems to be more difficult to install from.
