I've been told that nvidia are now easier to work with for SL... I do video editing and I don't need that much a GPU.. got suggestions? JBLanteigne Posted June 8, 2010 Author Share Posted June 8, 2010 I know the 9800 GT will be enough for my needs.. however I was expecting a more recent gpu as a suggestion. Let me explain my expectations. Sometimes, when products get old, they still sell for lot of $$ in shops.. and sometimes for like 10$ extra you get the new gen that has way higher resell value (once you sell the used computer) and performs better... However I must also take SL support into consideration, I heard the 9800 GT seems to be widely supported.
