Rushabh
i have a similar configuration(see sig) and have been using it since a year now! Infact i 'm typing from it now. I have to say its an excellent mobo and everything is supported! i recommend you do as MaLd0n says. use the vanilla kernel and enable ahci in the bios. Also try installing with a sata drive (i couldnt get mine to boot with ide)- same error as you with ide booting You shouldnt need "-v cpus=1 busratio=20" EDIT:- If you do not have a sata drive use the usb method for snow leopard this one http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=183751 got me inside snow leopard smooth! You can try without the dsdt step and generate it once inside the os Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/220066-help-me-installing-mac-on-my-desktop/#findComment-1482429 Share on other sites
