topherfitz Posted July 14, 2006 Share Posted July 14, 2006 Hello everybody! I am new to the OSx86 Project. I successfully installed Deadmoo's rip about this time last year on my Dell PC. Since then I have tried to keep up with the topic but have not tried to do anymore installs. I have recently acquired a Dell Latitude C400 that has a Pentium III 1.2ghz Ultra Low Voltage core. It also has an upgraded 640mb of ram with a 40gig hard drive. I would like to know if it is possible to install OSx86 on it. I realize that it would be slow, but at the same time, this laptop is about the same physical size as one of the new macbooks so it would be really cool if i could get a dual boot with XP.
