After I installed OSX, I use HotISO DVD to make a image of the OSX partition

Now I need to restore it, so I boot up with HotISO DVD, choose disk ultility, choose restore

There's a place I can choose the image I made before, but I can't choose any partition like it describe "Drag a disk here...". The "Drag" is just not working.

Did I do things wrong?

Or, is there another way to backup/restore my OSX partition?

I don't want to use ghost, it doesn't support HFS+, that means I have to do a bit-per-bit copy of my 50G OSX partition.

Please help
