Timdphotos Posted May 11, 2010 Share Posted May 11, 2010 On boot the grey screen comes up, then it goes black with white writing, much like when the bios comes up on a PC, with the error "No usable boot disk - Please insert boot disk" more or less. Anyone know what to do? Try using the Install DVD that came with your computer to see if the hardware is working. Timdphotos Posted May 16, 2010 Author Share Posted May 16, 2010 the hardware works with my normal hard drive, but when i use a different one, it does not boot from the disk or the hard drive.
