Hi, I'm a new user, installed MAC OS firts time in my Dell Latitude D630, read manu forums and finally all function's fine.

My problem begin with ITUNES, a buy a Iphone 3GS and try connect with ITUNES, but itunes need a new version of SAFARI, I try search in "Software Update" but they don't find anything for update!!!

I go to apple directly and found update to SAFARI, download and when I try install, they indicate I need a new version of Snow Leopard, 10.6.1, again Software Update don't found anything.

I try download 10.6.1 and foun 10.6.3 combo, when I try install this updates, they indicate:

Mac OS X Update Combined can't be installed on this

disk. This volume does not meet the requirements for this update

I search in many places but nothing, found many problems after installation, but never problems before installation, I try with 10.6.1 alone, and same message.

I suspect I have a newbie problem, but I don't found possible cause for this message.

Please some help.

thank's again.
