10.6 on HP Z400 with Xeon W3650

Ok, I've a hotrod in my hands and want to install 10.6.

 

Made few attempts and so far no luck. The kernel reboots almost instantly. I tried

both vanilla 10.6.3 and legacy_kernel (usb disk).

 

Any ideas?
