oldtopman Posted April 19, 2010 Share Posted April 19, 2010 i performed a clean install of iDeneb v1.4 on my presario c300 (hcl here) and after a few boots (10?) it loops between the "login app started-threadeed login" and a blue screen. After a few more boots, i get a whole host of hard drive errors about spotlight. Beerkex'd Posted April 20, 2010 Share Posted April 20, 2010 Boot from your install DVD and use Disk Utility to do a disk repair. You can disable spotlight or tell it not to scan specific drives from its preference pane.
