Awesome86
My System: GA-EX58-UD5, Core i7 920, 12gb Corsair XMS3 DDR3 1600mhz, dual evga gtx 285 ooc 2GB SLI My problem: Snow Leopard simply won't boot, especially if I have drivers installed (Enabler for multiple ati nvidia cards.pkg). For installation I used retail 10.6 GM DVD with kakewalk. With one graphic card everything runs smooth as a butter, installation goes as easy as windows. After installation I tried to insert the other graphic card and it wouldn't boot anymore, hangs at ACPI _SMC_PlatformPlugin:pushCPU _CSTData... If I use Ideneb v1.5 10.5.7 and install no video drivers, I can boot fine with both graphic cards (but no video drivers). What am I missing? Is there a bootloader that will see both my cards? Thank you guys for your time. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/215884-dual-evga-gtx-285-ooc-2gb-snow-leopard/ Share on other sites
hugeschnauzer
http://aquamac.proboards.com/index.cgi?boa...=569&page=1 maybe? If yes, do you think Cinebench will double the speed?
