My main problem is... there is no DVD Drive in Snow Leopard. Drive is well recognized in the BIOS. I also have two HDD via S-ATA in use - i can see them. i dont know where the problem is Here the Installprocess: - Burned myHack to CD - Boot with myHack - Insert original 10.6.0 DVD - install - Boot again with myHack - Boot to HDD - Then i have installed my hardware via ##### - Restart - Installed 10.6.3 Update - Restart The DVD Drive problem appears in 10.6.0 - after the first install - too ! Beerkex'd
You need to install a driver for the drive controller that the DVD drive is connected to. Check the P5K thread here, maybe there's something you can use: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php...t&p=1280888 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/214793-no-dvd-drive-after-fresh-install/#findComment-1442797 Share on other sites
