1. Hi Forum, i have a problem installing 10.11. on my hackintosh. i have a fully working system based on 10.9. with a gigabyte H77-DS3H mainboard. Just want to install a 10.11. system on a separate new hard drive and have the option to do a dual boot with the existent 10.9. system. i tried the 10.11. install with the clover method. it went to the installer and it get stuck at "one second remaining" for now over one hour. Tried a few usb sticks and different options on creating the stick via clover but no chance. now my question, is there a user who successfully installed 10.11. on a H77-DS3H Mainboard or/and is there someone who can explain me (if its possible) how to install 10.11 from a working 10.9 system to another hard drive - which would be much faster and easier. Something like install it via official installer and install the clover data on it ? thank you for all your help. greetings, René
2. Hello insanelymac-forums, i just got 10.6.3 to work. On following Hardware: - Intel Q6600 - 2x2GB 1067mhz DDR2 Ram - Asus P5K-SE - nvidia 8800GT All is working great. Only the Startup-time is a bit slow... but thats ok for me. My main problem is... there is no DVD Drive in Snow Leopard. Drive is well recognized in the BIOS. I also have two HDD via S-ATA in use - i can see them. i dont know where the problem is Here the Installprocess: - Burned myHack to CD - Boot with myHack - Insert original 10.6.0 DVD - install - Boot again with myHack - Boot to HDD - Then i have installed my hardware via ##### - Restart - Installed 10.6.3 Update - Restart The DVD Drive problem appears in 10.6.0 - after the first install - too ! 5. P5K-SE - Retail Leopard Instalation

Hi ! i need some help I managed to install 10.5.8 and 10.6 ... did that with 2GB of 800mhz Ram. Now i bought 2x2GB 1066mhz RAM to have a faster system .... They are recognized in my Bios (with 1066mhz) but 10.5.8 and 10.6.0 wont boot. Bootloader appears.... then it stops at the grey Screen with Apple-Sign. But no "loading-sign" appears and the HDD LED on the PC-Case is not working, what could it be ?

i got SL to work too, but only on my External USB-HDD. On internal S-ATA i got always kernel panics....
7. hello Community, i get my SL to work, all works great, sound, graphic, LAN, W-Lan...... But i always have to insert following kexts to boot a second time in .../System/Extensions: JMicronATA.kext OpenHaltRestart.kext IOAHCIBlockStorageInjector.kext dsmos.kext AHCIPortInjector.kext AD1988b.Fix.kext i guess the system always overrides this kextes on the next boot, i tried "repair disk permissions" via disk utility and OSX86_tools and on both programs i get this message: "No packages can be found for this disk". Error: No Installer packages can be found for this disk" I boot SL from an external HDD via USB ! Do you have any tipps for me ? Thanks for your help ! EDIT: funny.... after this error message, i tried to restart and it works... Done 3 Restarts and all work great...
