MacSimizeDenver
Hi there, I've managed to install 10.6 on a fresh 1GB disk. I've updated it 'til 10.6.2 and after some testing if it's stable I thought it would be a good idea to migrate my data from the 10.5.8 disk (called "Mac") to the new one. Well, this took about 5 hours overnight - so I left it unattended. I've tried to boot the 10.6.2-partition (called "Cupertino"), but it hangs somewhere....but i still can boot into my 10.5.8. Now...is there a way to get access to the boot log file of 10.6.2 (called system.log or similar) from 10.5.8? MacSimizeDenver
To bump it up and give you a better idea what I want....you can see what's happened from the boot until now via the Console application in programs->utilities->console. But here you have only access to the system.log file from the system you have running....I'm looking for a possibility to get access to the system.log from my other OS X partition. Any help would be appreciated.
