greenvile Posted July 5, 2006 Share Posted July 5, 2006 Hi I have install MAC OS X v10.4.5 Tiger in my PC (semprom 3100+) and I don’t now install my internet. I have cable internet whit a modem cable Ethernet connection. My internet services require DHCP but I don’t see his protocol in the network configuration. What I have to do???? Antman Posted July 5, 2006 Share Posted July 5, 2006 not sure what kind of system you have board Network card or anything but a wild guess would be that you need to install the kext from your 10.4.3 developers build disk. But my Cable modems have a USB port, and whit the USB port connection the modem is available in the system. But in the NETWORK SETUP ASSISTANT the option to the modem cable is not available. Why???
