RANDUMBNAME Posted February 18, 2010 Share Posted February 18, 2010 i have an hp dv-3085dx http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/documen...797&lang=en ive gotten snow leopard on there with everything working but it only sees 1 core it says its a quad core intel xeon bvut activity monitor shows only 1 cpu i have no idea how to dsdt patch this pm55 board it has terrible bios can anyone, i mean anyone lol please help me? mdnz01 Posted February 18, 2010 Share Posted February 18, 2010 Press command + 2 in the Activity Monitor. OS X only shows 1 core if you have more than 4 cores in your system (for cosmetic reasons).
