Hi, I recently (few minutes ago) downloaded and installed (on cleaned hard disk with GUID partition table and Mac OS X Extended Journaled partition) from DVD this: Snow_Leopard_10.6.1-10.6.2_Intel_AMD_made_by_Hazard. Here are my specs:

 

Processor: Intel Core 2 Quad Q9300 2.5 Ghz

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L (rev 1.0)

Graphics: Palit GeForce 9800GT 1GB Super+

RAM: 4 GB (2 x 2GB) 800 Mhz DDR2

HDD: Maxtor 500 GB

Audio card: Realtek ALC888

Network: Realtek RTL8139

 

 

NEVERMIND THIS !!! I FINALLY KNOW WHAT TO CHECK AND WHAT NOT. I AM NOW WRITING FROM Snow Leopard 10.6.1 Hackintosh !!!!

I got the error where is black screen and info that I need to restart my computer. Here is what I checked in installer:

You can find info about that Snow Leopard image at The Pirate Bay (write in search: snow leopard hazard and the normal, not server client version, will be that). Please if you know what I have to check in installer and what not, tell me because I lost all my data (games, files, programs - everything) to install Mac OS X - I thought that it will install with no problems.

 

See if you can get the program known as "Handy Recovery" through the usual methods of obtaining such software. It will probably allow you to regain access to all of those lost and missed files. I've used it dozens of times in the past on partitions I thought were LONG gone. Useful little bugger it is :rolleyes:
