XPbIM3 Posted January 27, 2010 Share Posted January 27, 2010 I got a kernel panic installing a vmware 3.0.0-3.0.1 on my vanilla 10.6.2 on aspire one. it panics when vmmon is loading. Kernel Extensions in backtrace: com.vmware.kext.vmx86 any solution found previously by anybody? Parallels 5 requires single cpu mode (in the Configuration of the VM) on first boot of the VM'd environment. Then can set back to dual.
