sansun
Hey Guys, after trying nearly all methods and distro´s i´m feeling kind of cursed. My machine is a Dell Latitude D530 Notebook with Intel Core2Duo and Intel GMA X3100. Finally my Dell boots with the Mac OS x Snow leopard Universal v3.6 (10.6.2) but when the first screen normally should appear the screen goes off. I´ve try to boot with "GRAPHICS MODE" no luck also as -v -s -f. Please if someone could help me it would be very nice. Best regards pimmel Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/208416-sl-on-dell-d530-black-screen/ Share on other sites

mohdumar
do you get the kernel to load? (round indicators on the gray apple logo screen?) if not try booting mach_kernel Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/208416-sl-on-dell-d530-black-screen/#findComment-1626657 Share on other sites
valkin
The solution is using the dsdt from here: http://forum.osxlatitude.com/index.php?/to...th-intel-x3100/ Support for Dell Latitude D530 is being integrated into the EDP package over the next couple of days...
