fobe
Hi all, for the last weeks I'm trying to run OS X on my HP Pavilion DV7-2260ed but without success I Only get it working with the cpus=1 bootflag. I tried also to make a "proper" smbios.plist and DSDT.aml but I can't get it right. My question is if someone can help or make me a working smbios.plist & DSDT.aml If you need any files and/or info please let me know... fobe
Thanks already for your help I choose indeed OS X 10.6 with the Combo update to 10.6.2! So there you have a point... I choose Chameleon RC4. Also in the options I choose AppleRTC, because when I make a DSDT.aml I get a lot of warnings... and also choosr ElliotRTC.... I didn't choose all addons in the "laptop" section. I want you to ask you a fever Can you give me a list of what options/addons I need (Hazard edition) to install OS X right (with a working C2D T6600) Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/208181-need-help-to-make-os-x-106-work-with-intel-c2d-t6600/#findComment-1390869 Share on other sites
fobe
I tested also only 10.6 (hazard). Still same problem. Also i find it really strange when I boot the system with cpus=1, OS X sees 4 CPU ID's en CPU0 & CPU1 are enabled.... Is this maybe the problem?
