reylrey
To get QE/CI I used nvenabler don't use nvinject To fix front usb ports I disabled ehci handoff in bios Still haven't found a x86 or x64 solution for my rtl8187 using the 10.4 driver that came with it loads in x86 mode but results in kernel panics at random intervals Hope this helps someone Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/207351-how-to-enable-qeci-8800gts-g92-512mb-snow-leopard-1062/#findComment-1386462 Share on other sites
westwaerts
if you add a string of your videocard to the boot.plist you dont need any injecter like nvenabler or nvinject. you can also install chameleon and enable grafic injection. if prefer the string method ( first), there are a lot of topics that explain the how-to-do. QE/CI is enabled, if you dont experience any grafic distortions. its not displayed anymore in system profiler, like in 10.5.x Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/207351-how-to-enable-qeci-8800gts-g92-512mb-snow-leopard-1062/#findComment-1386899 Share on other sites
