John the Geek
Is there any assembler compiller for Intel Mac OS X. Intel released some sort of compiler a while back, but I'm not sure if does assembly. You have GCC built-in too... but again, not sure if it does assembly. I'm no programmer. The best I've done is Hello World in C++. Pu7o
GCC does x86 assembly, just make sure to save the file as ".s". Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/20662-assembler-compiler-for-intel-mac-os-x/#findComment-137123 Share on other sites
Superhai
NASM is included in xcode. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/20662-assembler-compiler-for-intel-mac-os-x/#findComment-137124 Share on other sites
kzez1986
Thanks. I've compiled Nasm for Linux in Mac OS, but I don't know now if it is Nasm compiled or from XCode, but it isn't important.
