Once done installing the windows and your updates then shutdown connect up the Mac drive now when you boot hit the F12 key and a boot device selection menu will come up go to the hard drives option to select which to boot from. Or if not wanting to hit F12 then you should be able to set the Mac drive as first in the boot order in your BIOS then use Chameleon to boot from your windows install from its start up screen.
