rastaman3d
I'm going to install osx on a clean hard drive. Fortunately i have a Mac at work so i can partiton the disk in many modes. What kind of partition i have to make for let the install disk recognize my drive? - Mac OS Extended (journaled) - Mac OS Extended - Mac OS Extended (Case sensitive, journaled) - Mac OS Extended (Case sensitive) - MS Dos File system - Unix file system and i have also this option for my partition - GUID Partition Table - Apple Partition Map - Master Boot Record Which is the right one? LasVegas
If you're installing Mac OS X for a PPC Mac, you should use the Apple Partion Map with Extended (Journaled). If it's for an Intel Mac, GUID Partitioning is prefered.
