the video should not be an issue, odds are good you'll be able to get it running with nothing more than graphicsenabler=yes and possibly rollback to the 10.6.1 nvidia kexts. If not, just manually enable with an EFI string.

yeah, the wireless is iffy, depends on what chipset that adaptor is based around. Otherwise, looks like a good build.

Just to give you a heads up, your RAM will get automatically downclocked on that board to 1333MHz. To get it to 1.6GHz, you will have to set it in the BIOS.

Oh and do you guys think there will be any room for overclocking with the 500w earthwatts psu and the stock i5 cooler?

The PSU may be okay for overclocking, especially if you aren't running a massive graphics card. I probably wouldn't overclock on that PSU, but that's just me. Also, if you are going to overclock, I would strongly suggest getting a better cooler. The stock i5 cooler is horrible.

I've used a variant of that Wifi card that newegg used to sell- it worked fine in Leopard using the ralink OSX drivers. So long as that card uses the same chipset, and the drivers work in SL, then it should work fine.

I know this is a bit off topic, but I am looking at buying that graphics card for my leopard OS, are there any issues with it working?

It should be fine from what people on this site say and what sources say on other sites. Its basically a rebranded 9800gtx+, like 8800gt to 9800gt for example.
