Hey guys,

I just performed a fresh install of iAtkos v7 onto my Asus G50-vm-x1 laptop, and am seeing a bit of troubles.

OSX cannot seem to detect my laptop keyboard, nor my touchpad. I have attempted to load the voodoops2controller.kext, as well as appleacpips2nub.kext files via kext utility, but no changes frown.png

My network card doesnt seem to be working, even though it should be compatible natively, as it is an atheros ar928x

My webcam also does not seem to be picking up, and i am unsure of which kext i would need to get this functional.

Also, I am having issues with the windows, whenever i move a window it lags out and will blur the window beyond recognition (this is fixed when i minimize the window, or select another open window covering it up)... This is quite frustrating.

Im not too sure what kext file to load for this problem..

My laptop specs are attached.

Any help is GREATLY appreciated!!

It's possible that your PS/2 just isn't supported. Laptops are hit or miss with this ;). Did you reboot with -f after installing any kexts? I can't remember exactly what iAtkos comes with in terms of network kexts, so I don't know if your card is supported by that distro. Webcams are usually USB devices, but they may require their own drivers. I've never heard of your last problem, but I'm guessing it's caused by unsupported video hardware. What video card/chipset do you have?
