Moose Tracks
Your answer lies with a program called Mactracker. It will support up to 6 GB of memory according to Mactracker. Timdphotos
of course there is room to expand you can get another 4 gb stick of ram to replace one of the 2gb sticks inside your computer, only problem is you then have to run 64 bit as apparently 32 bit can only utilise 4gb of ram anyway. Hope it helped Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/204308-adding-memory/#findComment-1426092 Share on other sites
JavaGuru
Well like the guy above said it only supports up to 6gb RAM: 2 GB, expandable to 6 GB using PC2-5300 DDR2 RAM According to LowendMac profile: http://lowendmac.com/macbookpro/15in-macbo...o-feb-2008.html Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/204308-adding-memory/#findComment-1427232 Share on other sites
