I have managed to install Kalyway 10.5.2 on my gateway m-6846 , i got everything working searching forum and trying and trying again. Sound , keyboard, shutdown/restart and wifi didnt work , got them working . Used time machine to back up my new ' hacbook pro ' . Now here is my question is something happens and i have to reinstall can i use my back up and will everything work again or will i have to reapply kext again. Thank you. You might have to jump through some hoops to get it to boot.
