giosquad
HI, I have installed HOTISO (JaS) 10.4.6, many problems are resolved, but a strange thing is that Usb Keys and Hard Disks work, but Usb mouse not.. Have someone some suggestion? Thanks Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/20424-usb-mouse-on-1046/ Share on other sites

giosquad
Ok, no reply at this time, so I have a question.. Why we need both usb mouse and keyboard or both ps2? For the standard pc this is not a serious problem, but for the notebooks (portable pcs) it is... In many notebooks there is a keyboard and a trackpad ps2, included..so for many reasons could be useful to plug a sort of usb mouse to draw with photoshop or other.. I'm wondering if there is a solution...could you folks help me and all notebook users, please? Jonty
I have this problem on my K8M800 PC Is there a solution, or do we just have to get PS/2 devices? Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/20424-usb-mouse-on-1046/#findComment-142063 Share on other sites
MEtaLpREs
I have the same motherboard and Im having the same issue, everything works great except my usb mouse is not recognized, I am hesitant to go through the entire install with a non-working mouse since I have no idea how to navigate around osx without a mouse, It seems disabling legacy usb has been the solution for most people with usb mouse problems but this bios does not have an option to disable legacy usb without completely disabling usb altogether, I an getting the same repeated message about timing out every 5 secs and problems enumerating the usb device while botting in verbose mode.
