rjosxasus
I've created a USB installation drive with my Snow Leopard DVD, and loaded Chameleon v2 RC4-r684 to it. I grabbed the DSDT.dsl and com.apple.Boot.plist files from here Currently I'm able to get to the grey screen with the apple and the spinning gear. from there, after 3-5mins, the gear disappears and it hangs at that screen. Can someone help me get past there? is it perhaps the wrong DSDT file? my hardware: Asus P6T Deluxe Intel i7 940 2.93Mhz (Quad core) 6Gb Corsair XMS3 1333 Sapphire Radeon HD4850 Audio is ATI RV770/790 WD 150G Raptor 10k rpm hard drive I have Bios v804 and have changed the settings to Set storage to AHCI, Enable ACPI 2.0 support, Enable ACPI APIC support. Thanks to all in advance for your help! and happy new year!
