mphall
Hey everyone, I just got my desktop up and running with iPC 10.5.6 and everything runs great except for my DVD burner drive. It's a Samsung Open TSST CDDVDW SH-203B. OSX sees the drive and even gives me an eject icon on the menu bar but won't mount discs. If I put in a disc it spins for about 20 minutes and then mounts a disc but sees it as a blank disc. The drive works fine in both Windows and Ubuntu and I updated the firmware per Samsung's software on the Windows side. Any ideas? PS: I tried a usb external dvd drive and it mounts and plays discs just fine. Thanks. jasjeet
the drive doesnt matter, you must list the Motherboard and information of the P/Sata connector, then we can look for a Kext.
